Information Systems Engineering - Master of Science
Preparing students for leadership roles in design, development and implementation of information systems, the MSISE degree focuses on the theory, methods and practices of building effective systems. Prior to beginning the MSISE, students must demonstrate fundamental knowledge of information technology principles, either through a technical baccalaureate degree or through successful completion of the undergraduate prerequisites. The MSISE major extends students' knowledge from the IT Core through coursework in topics specifically related to engineering and building information systems.

Western International University has provided degree programs designed specifically for working adults for over thirty years.

The majority of WIU students are working adults who thrive on the strength of our rigorous accredited degree programs, while appreciating the flexibility of our convenient service, locations, and our intensive, two-month course schedules geared toward adult education.

Online Learning :

WIU Interactive Online connects to a virtual classroom. Each week, you have the choice to attend your online class sessions live via your computer, or by listening to the recorded class sessions, or a combination of both.

Classes meet once a week for two months, and are scheduled during the day, in the evening, and on weekends. New sessions start every month.

Students demonstrate achievement through quizzes, tests, papers, projects, and presentations, rather than study groups or learning teams.

Financing Options:

WiU will apply eligible credits already earned and evaluate knowledge and experience for potential credit toward degree completion.

WIU participates in the following plans: Financial Aid, Cash Payment, Tuition Reimbursement, Third Party Billing, and Military Tuition Assistance.

Students may also apply for scholarships.
