    Chartered Financial Analyst® - Master of Business Administration
    Chartered financial analyst (CFA) is the designation of professional excellence within the global investment community. This track requires the same number of credits as the master of business administration degree but offers more finance training. The curriculum emphasizes knowledge necessary to work in asset valuation or portfolio management. Students who complete this track receive a master of business administration degree and graduate prepared to sit for the first (Level I) of three exams offered by the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute. Students must pass the institute’s Level I, Level II and Level III exams and meet all eligibility requirements to become a CFA® charter holder.

    Organizational Leadership - Master of Science
    The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership's curriculum is designed to foster graduate-level growth and development in six areas essential to leadership: 1) Self-awareness and growth; 2) Interpersonal and communication skills; 3) Ethics of leadership; 4) Understanding, interpreting and using data to improve performance; 5) Understanding and leading organizations and complex teams; 6) Strategic analysis and implementation.

    Students may choose from one of our three professional focus tracks—strategic leadership, public service/nonprofit leadership and human resource leadership--which build on the core courses and provides expertise for those seeking to enhance their leadership skills in those fields.
